Some of the information in the Shanghai chapter from the latest edition of Lonely Planet China has changed (surprise, surprise!). I’ve included general changes (infrastructure and relocation) – print it out for reference. Note that I did not attempt to tackle smaller details like phone numbers and admission price hikes.
Activities
River Cruises: (Y128 for 90 minute tour, Y100 for 40- or 60-minute tour) The cruises have considerably shortened in the past few years; it’s debatable whether or not this is worth it. Book the shorter tour if you can. They leave a short walk away from the Meteorological Signal Tower.
