Huangpu River Cruise (p65, Bund) The cruises have considerably shortened in the past few years; it’s debatable whether or not this is worth it. Book the shorter tour if you can. They leave a short walk away from the Meteorological Signal Tower. (Y128 for 90 minute tour, Y100 for 40- or 60-minute tour)
Excursions
Most sightseeing buses to the canal towns now only leave once per day. However, you can get to Zhujiajiao quite easily (and without joining a tour group) via the Pu’an Bus Station (普安汽车站; tickets Y12, buses hourly till 9pm), which is just south of People’s Sq. Closest metro stop: Dashijie
